Refund policy

RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE 

 

Asmara offers returns, refunds and/or exchanges if the size purchased doesn’t fit or if the garment is faulty beyond repair.

 

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the day your item arrives. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase has arrived, We can no longer offer you a refund, or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange please read the following instructions:

 

Email us at info@asmarabutik.com and explain your issue and take a photo of the faulty item. Wait for a confirmation email regarding your issue.

Once you have received confirmation, the item(s) can be posted back but must be unused with garment tags still attached, in the original packaging and packing slip invoice included. 

Once your returned item has been checked and accepted, you will receive an email confirmation. 

Returned items are eligible for a full refund or exchange, please specify what option you would like to proceed with.

 

Any returned items that are damaged, soiled or not in original condition may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for the refunded item.

 

IMPORT DUTIES & CUSTOMS COLLECTION CHARGES -

ASMARA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IMPORT DUTY OR CUSTOMS COLLECTION CHARGED AT THE DESTINATION COUNTRY.

All sale items are final sale and will not be refunded or exchanged. Sale items include discounted items and any reduced item promotions.
